We need YOU!
YAM BSP is looking for a few MBA graduates to support and guide our fellows through the MBA application process as enthusiastic and committed coaches.
If you are interested in being a coach, please submit your application here. Once we finalize our 2021 Cohort fellows, we will reach out and let you know if we have been able to match you with one or two of them. Thank you!
What do we ask of you:

Commitment to avail yourself at least 8 hours a month during the program term

Build strong relationships with your fellows -- take the time to understand their background and professional goals, give honest and direct feedback, encourage and challenge where needed, and have fun

Share your MBA experience, application expertise, business school resources, and network

Ensure your fellows stay on track and follow the structured curriculum to enable them to submit a timely, and hopefully successful business school applications

Participate in periodic coach calls to discuss curriculum, upcoming fellow milestones/deliverables, best practices, etc.

Communicate regularly with program leadership
